Us is committed to providing an amazing shopping experience and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Before returning/exchanging with us, you must contact our customer Center. We will not process your refund or exchange request without prior notice.
Please refer to the return terms as follows:

1. Order cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund you in full. You should contact our Customer Center once you decide to cancel your order, please cancel your order immediately. For orders cancelled 24 hours after purchase but not yet shipped, we will partially refund after collecting 30% of the total order amount, as we have stocked the goods for the customer and incurred a fee. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.

2. Exchange goods
We will accept replacements with the wrong style, size or color. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we will ship the right item on your next order shipment. As long as the item is unused/unworn and carries all labels, tags and original packaging, we will allow returns for exchange. The cost of returning the goods to us and resending them will be fully borne by the customer.

Step 3: Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the option to refund the fee you paid if any of the items you originally ordered have been returned to our warehouse in their original condition. The customer must bear the shipping cost of the return. As you know, importing textiles from other countries to China is subject to high taxes. After customs clearance, we will show you the tariff fee you need to pay.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package. The refund will be returned to the original payment account you used to pay for the order. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to show up in your account. Please note that original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.


Please note: If you are not satisfied with our products, you will need to send us pictures and product labels of the products you received. We need to confirm that the product you received is removed from our website and confirm which product you are not satisfied with.

If you do not send us an image, we will not be able to continue processing your question. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

4. Certain items purchased through special promotions may be final sales and therefore not eligible for exchange or return.


5.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
