Transportation and delivery

1. We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our quality service and we will deliver directly to your door.

2. Receiving time = processing time + shipping time.
Our processing time is 4-10 business days after processing your payment, after which you will be provided with a tracking number if applicable.

3. Transport time: Flat rate transport takes approximately 7 to 25 working days to reach the world destination country. However, regional differences are beyond our control, so we ask our customers to be patient.

A). For US, Canadian and Australian customers, it takes approximately 7 to 14 business days.
b). For the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and most other European countries, it may take between 7 and 25 working days.
C). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 working days.
d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 working days.

4. Transit time: For standard rate shipping, it usually takes 6-10 working days to reach most destination countries in the world. The tracking number can usually be traced on the corresponding Courier website 1 to 2 days after we ship. Sometimes, there may be a slight delay before the package can be traced while the various shipping companies record the package. This is beyond our control, so we ask our customers to be patient.

5. Delivery time: For expedited delivery, we deliver by DHL, Fedex or other expedited delivery methods according to your location; Delivery time is 3-7 working days.

6. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your item and the destination. We charge very low shipping rates for our customers, saving you even more money.

a). When you click on the button at the bottom of the product page, our system will calculate the freight for you for different modes of transportation.

b). To determine the shipping cost of the items in the cart:

1. Choose to continue checkout.

2. Select or add your shipping address.

3. Choose a payment method.

4. The total shipping cost will be listed in the order details

When you check out, our system will calculate the shipping cost for different shipping methods for you based on the weight of your order.

What is the item handling time?
After receiving your order, each item will go through strict quality control to ensure the quality of the product. Please note that different projects have different processing times. In general, the average processing time is 5 working days (approx.); However, it depends on the inventory status of the goods. For small batch orders, the processing time is 4-5 business days, while large batch orders may take about 4-10 business days to process.

1. Due to longer customs clearance time, standard freight rate and HongKong Post time are affected.

2. Annual Chinese public holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (May 1 each year), Chinese National Day (October 1 each year). Please note that during these times of the year, all delivery times are affected as there is disruption to the services of all our suppliers and logistics operators. There is usually a delay of 3-4 days, sometimes even longer. We apologise for any delays caused during this period and ask customers to be patient.

3. Processing time: In order to ensure product quality, We must prepare your goods before delivery. We apply strict quality control to our products and carefully package your items.
